It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of Ms. Angela L. Reed.
Angela L. Reed was brought into her life journey on October 25th, 1966 at Kershaw Memorial Hospital in Camden S.C.
Angela graduated from Camden High School in 1984. After high school, Angela went on to Cosmetology school to obtain her license at Camden School of Hair Design.
Angela was a woman of many gifts, talents, skills, etc. Angela has worked at Roses and Discount of Dusty Bend and various manufacturing facilities within Kershaw County. Angela’s most recent work was Invista, where she grew with them over the course of 15 plus years. Angela attended St. Paul UMC. She peacefully departed to be with the Lord on November 24, 2022.
Angela leaves behind her parents, Lucinda and Jake Reed; brothers, Jake Cornell Reed (Annie), Deacon Willie Jerome Reed (Adriene); her only sister, Brenda Reed; aunts and uncles, Rebecca Robinson, Louise Anderson, Isabelle Butler (Boykin), Sally Hayes, Catherine Thompson (John), Mary Ann Belton, Dorothy Reed, Edna Mae Lloyd (Harold), Deloris Lyles (Jimmy), Myrtle Hayes, Mary Campbell (Willis), Edith Vera Fisher, and Herbert Fisher (Barbara);nieces, Tyechia Reed, Alexis Allen, Laporsha Allen, Ryleigh Allen-Hammond, and Chelsea Allen-Reed; nephew, Brandon T. Allen; her two best friends, Thomasena Green Myers and Jennie Choice; and a host of cousins, friends, and relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, December 5, 2022 at St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev., Dr. James P. Smith officiating.
Professional Services have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home.
