It is with profound sympathy that we announced the passing of Mr. Tony Hayes of 622 Pipeline Rd, Camden.  Mr. Hayes entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at KershawHealth.

Mr. Tony Ervin Hayes was born in Camden, SC on September 26, 1961.  He was the son of the late Mr. Earl Hayes, Sr. and Leila Hayes of Camden.

Tony was educated in the Kershaw County Public School System.  He found God as a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church.  He was a dedicated member of the Usher Board and was the Custodian until his health failed.  Tony would do anything to help someone.

Tony was preceded in death by two sisters: Gladys Jean and Jeanette Hayes.

Those left to cherish his precious memories are his daughter: Ivy Fowler of Columbia, SC; one son: Kenton Hayes of Charlotte, NC; one sister: Lillie Mae Boykin (Herbert); two brothers: Earl Hayes, Jr. and James Hayes (Myrtle); Nephews and Nieces: Toni Boykin of Columbia, SC, Nevin Hayes (Sinia) of Harrisburg, NC, Marcus Hayes of Charlotte, NC, Earl Hayes, III of Camden, SC, Alton F. McDow of Georgia, and Kevin Hayes (Gina) of Los Angeles, CA; and very special niece: Laya Hayes; a very special friend: Angie; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 12:00 PM at St. Paul United Methodist Church (Knights Hill Community.)  The body will be placed in the church for viewing one hour prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Family and friends may call or visit at the residence.
