Mr. Joseph "22" Thomas of 5435 Pisgah Rd, Rembert, SC entered into rest on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Palmetto Health Richland.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Union Baptist Church Family Life Center in Rembert. The body will be placed in the center for viewing one hour prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held at the funeral on Wednesday from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Mr. Thomas leaves to cherish his memories; his wife of 55 years, Margaret Davis Thomas; two sons, Billy (Gladys) Thomas, and Berry (Lynn) Thomas; four grandchildren, Terrance, Venee, N'dia and Jordan; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Thomas.
