It is with profound sympathy that we announce the passing of Mr. Frederick "Sonny" Mitchell of 1706 Saxon Road, Rembert, SC.

Mr. Mitchell peacefully entered into eternal life on Monday, January 20, 2020. He entered his earthly life on July 18, 1930 in Dalzell, South Carolina. Mr. Mitchell was the first child born to Robert and Fealor Mitchell. Mr. Frederick "Sonny" Mitchell leaves to celebrate his life and mourn his passing his wife of 70 years, Mrs. Julia Chambers Mitchell; his children Johnny Mitchell (Teresa), Mary Elizabeth Mitchell Osborne, Frederick Mitchell, Jr, and Robert James Mitchell (Shirley).

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church in Rembert.  The body will be placed in the church for viewing one hour prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Family and friends may call or visit at the residence.
