It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Frankie E. "Big Wheel" Williams of 234 Lachicotte Rd, Lugoff.  Mr. Williams entered into rest on Monday, September 2, 2019 at his residence.

The Williams Family would like to Thank ALL for the outpouring of Love, Support and Prayers sent in response to their Brother Frankie's passing. He is to be cremated,  per his wishes.

A Life Celebration gathering for Frankie will be held on September 28, 2019 at 4:00 PM at the home of his sister,  Millie Williams (901 Hill Street, Lugoff, SC 29078.)  Cards of Condolences may be sent to this address as well. Frankie LOVED sports,  but FOOTBALL was his Favorite! Those who knew him, KNOW that there was ALWAYS going to be Miami Hurricanes or Indiana Colts attire on him somewhere! We are going to Celebrate his Life with a cookout (covered dish sides would be appreciated) with a FOOTBALL Theme. We ask that All that can wear their Favorite football team attire (College or Pro) to Frankie's Life Celebration. Those gathering will have the opportunity to share their stories about Frankie with each other. OUR Brother loved a Tell and Hear a GOOD Tale!!! He was LOVED and LOVED Back!!! Our family is Looking forward to seeing Old Faces and New Faces that Cared for OUR Brother.
