On November 29, 1967, Frank and Jessie White Moore was blessed with the birth of their second child, David Fitzgerald Moore. David was born at Kershaw County Hospital in Camden, SC and entered into eternal rest on June 7, 2015 .

David graduated from Camden High School in 1986.  He was a Founding Father of Kappa Phi Omega Fraternity at CHS, serving as the first Chaplain. He attended Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC. David was previously employed by Metso Minerals and also a barber at McClure's Barber Shop in Lugoff for many years. He continued his employment journey with Continental Tire Company in Sumter, SC.

David, as a young child, began his Christian journey at Sanders Creek Baptist Church. He was eager to help others and never forgot where he came from; David loved his family and cared greatly for his friends. David's journey took him over some rough hills and some dark valleys, but with Faith, Mercy and Grace, God allowed the light from the lighthouse to shine on David. He held on, and God directed his footsteps onto the path of righteousness.

Mr. Moore leaves to cherish his memories, a wife of 25 years, Sonja Michelle Stuckey-Moore; three daughters, Dorshai Moore, Courtney Moore and Brittany Patterson all of Camden; his father, the Rev. Frank (Betty) Moore of Camden; three brothers, Dariet (Christine) Moore, Keith (Keisha) Moore of Columbia, Gary Brevard of New York, NY; three sisters, Myra Brevard of New York, NY, Robin Brown of Camden and Teresa Wook of Columbia; two sisters-in-law, Nichol Stuckey and Shutae Stuckey of Camden; a brother-in-law, Bobby Stuckey, Jr.; a loving mother-in-law, Jacqueline Greene-Stuckey; a sweet grandmother-in-law, Mattie G. Allen of New York, NY; five aunts; five uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Jessie White Moore.
