It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of Mrs. Annie L. Wells who entered into rest December 10, 2024.

Mrs. Wells was a member of Union Baptist Church. She was a retired educator.

Annie leaves to cherish her memory, son, John "Chick" (Mae) Wells; six grandchildren, Latasha Williams, Shawanda Wells, Melissa (Derrick) Clyburn, Kevin Wells, and Tina Doby; eleven grandchildren, Shynell, Malik, Lorenzo, Jada, Taylor, Jamonte, Kylan, Jamar, Justin, JaQuan, and Janiya; four great-grandchildren, Shaniyah, Santavia, Niyla and Quintin; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Union Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
