Ora Lee Adams

Mrs. Ora Lee Adams of 965 Field Trial Rd in Camden entered into rest on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Canty Hill Baptist Church.  Interment will follow at DuBose Cemetery in Cassatt. The body will be placed in the church for viewing one hour prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held on Wednesday at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Ora was the daughter of the late Ambres and Isabell Bracey both of Camden SC.

She leaves to celebrate her homegoing: her husband of 47 years Mr. John Adams; three loving children Cory (Sharon) Adams of Columbia SC, Kenya (Mark) McLeod of Camden SC, and Anisha Adams of Camden, SC; three grandchildren Miss Erin Adams, Master Javon Adams, and Little Miss London Adams whom she had the joy of raising to the age of two years old.

Mrs. Adams leaves behind three siblings: Mr. Ambres (Deborah) Bracey II, Mrs. Sina Williams, and Mrs. Thelma Rutledge, all of Camden, SC. She was also close to a very special mother-in-law, Alma Adams, a host of sisters and brothers-in-law: Carl (Mary) Adams of Barnwell, SC, Richard (Shirley) Adams of Clarksville, Tennessee, Lelia (James) Belton of Camden, SC, Rachael (Willie) Forman of Camden, SC, Bennie (The Late Patricia) Lee of Camden, SC and Selvilla (Edward) Stover of Camden, SC. and host of nieces and nephews.  

Family and friends may call or visit at the residence.
