It is with deepest sympathy that we announce the passing of Mrs. Nancy Dixon Tucker who entered into rest April 1, 2024.
Mrs. Dixon, a native of Kershaw County, was a member of New Jerusalem Apostolic Holiness Church where she served as the Church Secretary for many years. She was also a member of the Sugar and Spice and Sisters In Christ.
Survivors include four children, Dorothy (Eugene) Nelson, Joseph (Debra) Tucker, Jasper (Vanessa) Tucker and Woodrow Lawhorne; siblings, Carol (John) Outten, John Dixon and James (Joyce) Dixon; daughter-in-law, Selisa Tucker; sisters-in-law, Johnnie Mae Guider, Bertha Belton, Christin Tucker, Barbara Adams, Jeanette Dixon and Shirley Fulton; brother-in-law, Joseph Wilson; 27 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a very dear and best friend, Tiny Gibbs; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at New Jerusalem Apostolic Holiness Church where Bishop Irvin Gripper is the pastor and Elder Jackie Williams eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
